The corpus is made of dark solid wood, richly carved with an emphasis on artistic detail. The backrests are decorated with stylized plant decor with acantic leaves and volute motif, The lower parts are decorated with a selected walnut root. The front legs have a typical zoomorphic ending in the form of lion paws, which is a characteristic element for a chippendales style.
