Description
Elegant hand -bound carpet from China, period Art Deco (1920–1940). A typical feature is a fine asymmetric composition with floral motifs, which are scattered over the outer edges of the carpets. Stylized flowers appear in the decor, twigs, butterflies and birds, processed in a subtle palette of pastel shades on a neutral background.
The carpet is woven of quality wool, which ensures high durability and pleasant softness to touch. Fine, medium thick hair about a height of approx 0,6 CM contributes to a pleasant impression of luxury, without disrupting the practicality of everyday use. The color scheme is tastefully muted - the dominant beige and sand tones are complemented by ancient pink accents, kerosene, blue and green.
