A desk made of solid oak carved in the Renaissance style. Richly profiled top plate, carved table top with one large drawer and lions' heads with brass rings in their mouths on the sides of the table, the legs are turned with carvings and the entire base is also carved. The handle on the drawer is carved like a masquerade head. State: very good without woodworm, solid, ready to use. dating: breakthrough 19. a 20. century. Provenience: Belgium – artistically – craft workshops in Mechelen.
