A complete bedroom set from the Art Deco period decorated with marquetry and carvings. The bedroom contains: a practical wardrobe with a large central mirror, which has faceted edges, upper folded marquetry of various fruit trees and carvings with plant motifs, the cabinet is a shelf in the left part with height-adjustable shelves – ladder system, which enables continuous height adjustment after approx 3 centimeters, the left part is with a rod for hanging clothes. Chest of drawers with mirror, which is also decorated with a facet, center section with marble top and lower section with two drawers and two doors, which cover the inner part with the shelf. The set also includes a bed and two bedside tables with marble tops and a porcelain interior – still the original bedroom from our period 1. Republic, when a washing machine was placed on the toilet (the marble has a small groove in the front part so that any spilled water does not flow onto the wooden part of the chest of drawers) and potties were used, which could be closed in a table – hence the interiors were of porcelain or marble. This set is perfectly preserved and suitable for everyday use, and perhaps even commercial. The condition is excellent without woodworm. The possibility to dismantle the wardrobe is also an advantage, bed and chest of drawers for parts to make moving easier. Excellent craftsmanship and artistic quality guarantee a good investment, to have a similar bedroom made today would cost a fortune, but that was also the case at the time of the creation of this set, which was made in art workshops for a very wealthy family.
