This furniture builds on the tradition of French Baroque and the period of Louis XIV., When does the technique of the so -called. The chest of drawers has a two -door corpus complemented by two upper drawers, that provide enough storage space. The black lacquered surface is richly decorated with typical brass and tin inlays on the substrate reminiscent of the red tortoise, forming decorative plant and ornamental motifs. The decor is further highlighted with gilded bronze applications in the form of side Herm, stylized developments and richly decorated with key labels. The upper part is fitted with an elegant marble plate in shades of red and white, that underlines the luxurious look of a piece.
Furniture is made in high craft quality with an emphasis on detail, fully functional, provided with an original lock and key. The overall condition is excellent, without an infestation of woodworm.
