Elegant Classicist chest of drawers with a secretary from the second half 18. century, made of solid oak wood. The upper hinged board reveals the original work surface with a system of small drawers and compartments, typical of the writing furniture of that time. Rich carving decoration with laurel wreath motifs, Plant ornaments and plastic garlands complemented by original brass fittings with profile heads give a piece of unique character.
The chest of drawers with a secretary is not only a functional piece of historical furniture, But even a distinctive decorative element suitable for representative interiors, galleries and collections of antiques. This is an original authentic piece with a period patina, that passed only minimal interventions.
